My comments from Facebook-Eagles- Garcia or Kolb?

Let's be realistic here.... it's about the $$$ and Kolb is not a "draw"....... people who were on the fence of whether or not to buy Eagles tickets or wash their cars and watch the game at home will stay at home and spend the money at Pep Boys.

Garcia on the other hand will fill seats and get the job done on the field. Remember, his record was 5 and 1 the last time around.

It's always about the money, boys and girls. I'm old enough to remember the 1960 Championship Game.... 49 years is long enough to wait for another "true" best of the best championship. :cool:

I like Garcia, but not this week. Garcia hasn't practiced for the team all year, he need to get in sync with the rest of the offense. I say start Kolb, and if he declined, put in Garcia.

Once Garcia gets caught up, I would start him even over Michael Vick (I know I'll get heat from this one). I don't think Vick is a talented QB, and this city is hyping up his imaginary skills.

As much as I think Garcia is the better option and QB.....You still have to start Kolb. Its about time he got his chance to start. This way we can tell if he has a chance to be good or he is crap like he has shown so far. This is all about a resolution. If Kolb sucks, then we know we need to go another direction.

I agree ..... and as far as Vick is concerned .... play him when the Birds are up 42 - 14 with 5 minutes left in a game... any game. I'm still not comfortable with him being here and I'm still not convinced he's up to the task after being away for so long.
