According to ESPN business analyst Andrew Brandt the Eagles and quarterback Michael Vick have agreed on a new 6 year $100 million contract extension. The deal fits him right in line with recent extendees Philip Rivers (6 years $92 million) and Eli Manning (6 years $98 million), and right behind Tom Brady (4 years $72 million) and Peyton Manning (5 years $91 million). Based on his performance last year the contract seems more than fair, if not a slight bargain for the Eagles. Question is, will Vick play like his 2010 self for the next 6 years? The Eagles are betting on it.
