Who is going to have a better year...Lee Evans or TO?

Fantasy wise, it's tough to say. I think these two will be similar to Chad Johnson's performance for the last several years. Each will have a couple of weeks where they blow up with 2-4 td games, and others, they won't do much. In the long run, I think Evans has the better year. TO will eventually start to bitch about not getting the ball, and since he's older, he'll probably miss a couple of games during the season.

Andre Johnson is a killer every year in fantasy football. He does unreal for most of the season but there is always a few games that he is hurt and then your screwed

Agreed, he rakes it even with mediocre QB's throwing him the ball. But Larry Legend is clearly becoming the leagues #1 WR....and for years to come.
