Phils Offense

Anyone else worried about Phillies Offense or lack there of.

They have squandered 3 great pitchings performance in the last week by Lee , Hamels and last night by Doc because they could not score or hit

If these bats do not come around its not going to matter how good or dominate the pitching is

I just fear that relying on the Aces will come back to haunt them down the road

I don't think the offense will continue to struggle as much as it has over the entire season, but it won't come close to being the juggernaut it once was. I think they'll eventually find some middle ground. The good thing is the pitching staff has gotten the team off to a good enough start to let them get some things figured out

I will say, given the choice between the two, I would much rather have a strong pitching staff with a weak offense than a strong offense and weak pitching staff
