The Phillies have Heavy B ( or Fat Joe ), Joe Blanton on the mound and he is opposed by Arizona's Doug Davis. Unfortunately over shadowed by the monster that is Cliff Lee, Blanton has been stellar this year even though his record is 7-6. He has been able to stay out of trouble all year and looks to continue a great season tonight against the free swinging Diamondbacks. Doug Davis has been great he last five outtings and can now focus on baseball now that the trading deadline has passed

Arizona is 9-46 when they are out hit!

If the playoffs started today who are your top three pictures? Even with the Phillies playing good ball, the Marlins and Braves are still within striking distance especially after the Phillies June was horrible, do you have any worries about the Phillies winning the division?

Heavy B helps himself with that RBI ground out. Too bad Victorino couldnt help with the bases loaded. 4-3 Phils

Not going to win a whole lot of 11-3 games in the playoffs though. Here's hoping that this time the rest will help him get it together.

Momentum is really what the Phillies are working on now. If Cole and Lidge and get their shit together there is no stopped us in the NL

Yeah, no one in the NL is really looking too great these days. With the arsenal of pitchers we've got now its' hard to be afraid of anyone in either league!
