With Romero's return status iffy at best, we could use another lefty in the 'pen, but I'd explore other options before pursuing a guy fresh off Tommy John surgery. Plus there's the other stuff. You know, the Astros series in '05, burning bridges on the way out of town (and while still in town for that matter), etc
